Woman works again

As of last week I accepted an independent contractor position with a local tutoring service.  Currently I oversee one hour weekly sessions with two separate students.  I eagerly anticipate the opportunity for additional pupils.  Please contact me for more information on the company I represent and how we can best assist your academic scholar.

Mommy job hunts while the children sleep.

Not too long ago I dabbled in the food service industry as a hostess.  Grateful as I was for the opportunity it simply wasn’t for me.  I made a vow to myself that I would never again accept a position I found less than fulfilling.  Of course I’ll never allow my children to go hungry– but I wholeheartedly believe I can discover a job that satisfies and enriches me– and this work will pay the bills.

My online endeavors provide limited income.  Two companies count me amongst their paid employees and I’m looking to join the ranks of two more.  Combine this with tutoring and I’m able to take the time I need to find the perfect job.  It’s worth the wait.  Never again will I take the first thing I’m offered simply because it’s available.

With infinite love, gratitude, and respect,

Sloane

About Cocktails With Hemingway

I'm blunt and opinionated. Virtually everything I say or do is a contradiction but I'm not a hypocrite. I never hesitate to speak my mind and never fail to leave an impression wherever I go. You love me, you hate me, but you'll never forget me.
