The wee ones

Lately I haven’t written much about the wee ones because I made the conscious decision to keep them out of the blogging limelight.  Rest assured they’re healthy, happy, and growing every day.  Adam keeps us laughing with his adorable antics [such as using the PTA book to call a classmate and remind her of a holiday special on television that night] and thoughtful commentary.  Tatum continues to explore the world around her [especially brother’s toys] and hone her language skills.  Watching them together is a blessing I’ll never take for granted.loveusEverything I do revolves around Adam and Tatum.  My precious kids give me a reason for being, a purpose in life.  No greater privilege exists than being their mother.  Parenting offers tremendous responsibility combined with unparalleled joy.  How blessed I am for the opportunity to guide my children throughout their journey.  I can only hope to lead by example– and be the example my own parents were to me.  Above all else may they know they can always come to their mother.

With infinite love, gratitude, and respect,

Sloane

About Cocktails With Hemingway

I'm blunt and opinionated. Virtually everything I say or do is a contradiction but I'm not a hypocrite. I never hesitate to speak my mind and never fail to leave an impression wherever I go. You love me, you hate me, but you'll never forget me.
