Working girl

Guess who is employed?!  This girl right here!  I accepted a job offer from a small, locally owned family business Friday morning.  You’re looking at the new Social Media Coordinator for a certain high end boutique in Memphis.  I’ll also be working on the floor 15-20 hours a week.

socialmediaWhat a blessing this opportunity is for me.  Although my background is primarily in advertising sales, I also have retail experience from two seasons at a children’s clothing franchise at the mall.  Yet I am most excited about my role as the Social Media Coordinator– how perfect is that for me?!  As the name implies I’ll be coordinating the company’s Facebook, Twitter, and other social media endeavors and solidifying a strong online presence for them.

Now if you’ll excuse me….I’m off to work!  It feels so incredibly good to say that.  I hope you all have a wonderful week.

With infinite love, gratitude, and respect,

    • Thank you, Aunt Sarah. You are such an invaluable resource to me in terms of professional advice and career guidance– and have always been a role model both in and out of the workplace. We’ll have to celebrate soon! Brunch at Tracks? 😉
